Originally hailing from Virginia Beach, VA, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University, reflecting his strong educational background. Proud of his roots, he takes great pride in helping fellow Virginians both inside and outside his office. Actively involved in the community, Shawn has served on the boards of local non-profits such as Beach Ambassadors and St. Mary’s Home for Disabled Children.
